Arizona High School Basketball - Desert Vista overwhelms Corona del Sol

The Desert Vista Thunder basketball team scored 83 points and limited the host Corona del Sol Aztecs to 46 in the Thunder league triumph on Tuesday.

The Thunder now possess a 12-11 record. They play next when they host Sunnyslope for a 6A Central game on Wednesday, February 12. Desert Vista will play a Vikings team coming off a 55-43 league win over Brophy College Prep (Phoenix, AZ). The Vikings record now stands at 16-8.

With the loss, Corona del Sol falls to 3-23 on the campaign.
