Colorado High School Basketball - Dayspring Christian Academy nips Dawson School

February 11, 2025: Lafayette, CO 80026

The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Dayspring Christian Academy Eagles (Greeley, CO) and the host Dawson School Mustangs (Lafayette, CO), observed Dayspring Christian Academy's basketball team edge Dawson School by a margin of 54-48.

The Eagles (7-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Clear Creek (Evergreen, CO). The Golddiggers come into the 3A/2A/1A Mile High challenge with a 5-12 record. In their last challenge, Clear Creek edged Front Range Christian (Littleton, CO), 53-38, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Mustangs battle the Belleview Christian Bruins (Westminster, CO) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, February 13. Dawson School will attempt to better on its 7-9 season record. The Bruins come into the challenge with a 8-9 record after their 72-29 league loss to Bishop Machebeuf (Denver, CO).
