The Denfeld Hunters basketball team scored 59 points and limited the visiting Rock Ridge co-op [Eveleth-Gilbert/Virginia] Wolverines to 35 in the Hunters league triumph on Tuesday.

The Hunters now possess a 14-7 record. They play next when they travel to Duluth East for a non-league game on Thursday, February 13. Denfeld will play a Greyhounds team coming off a 56-46 non-league loss to White Bear Lake (White Bear Lake, MN). The Greyhounds record now stands at 6-14.

With the loss, Rock Ridge co-op [Eveleth-Gilbert/Virginia] falls to 6-14 on the campaign. The Wolverines travel to Mound-Westonka (Mound, MN) to play the White Hawks in a non-league game on Friday, February 14. The White Hawks go into the game with a record of 13-7. Mound-Westonka won 81-49 in their recent non-league game against Hutchinson (Hutchinson, MN)
