The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the St. Stephen's & St. Agnes Saints (Alexandria, VA) and the visiting Episcopal Maroon (Alexandria, VA), observed St. Stephen's & St. Agnes's basketball team knock off Episcopal by a score of 68-56.
The Saints (21-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Georgetown Prep (North Bethesda, MD). The Little Hoyas come into the non-league challenge with a 12-12 record. In their last challenge, Georgetown Prep prevailed over Landon (Bethesda, MD), 69-55, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Maroon encounter the St. Albans Bulldogs (Washington, DC) in a Interstate Athletic challenge, on Friday, February 14. Episcopal will attempt to improve on its 11-9 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 9-13 record after their 79-61 non-league loss to Sandy Spring Friends (Sandy Spring, MD).
