The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Parkway Panthers (Bossier City, LA) and the visiting Evangel Christian Academy Eagles (Shreveport, LA), observed Parkway's basketball team overcome Evangel Christian Academy by a score of 52-39.

The Panthers (18-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Captain Shreve (Shreveport, LA). The Gators come into the 5A District 1 challenge with a 34-12 record.

In their next game, the Eagles battle the Benton Tigers (Benton, LA) in a 5A District 1 challenge, on Friday, February 14. Evangel Christian Academy will attempt to improve on its 11-22 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 17-21 record after their 37-34 league loss to Airline (Bossier City, LA).
