In Tuesday's league test, the Fairmont Firebirds (Kettering, OH) basketball squad knocked off the host Springfield Wildcats (Springfield, OH), by a score of 67-53.
Next, the Firebirds clash with the Miamisburg Vikings (Miamisburg, OH) in a Greater Western Ohio test, on Friday, February 14. Fairmont will attempt to improve on its 9-11 season record. The Vikings come into the test with a 9-11 record after their 69-65 league loss to Northmont (Clayton, OH).
