North Carolina High School Basketball - Franklinton victorious over Rocky Mount

In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Franklinton Red Rams basketball team scored a good 63-46 triumph over the Rocky Mount Gryphons.

The Red Rams (10-13) will now prepare for their contest against Southern Nash (Bailey, NC). The Firebirds go into the 2A/3A Big East contest with a 7-10 record. In their last contest, Southern Nash was toppled by Northern Nash (Rocky Mount, NC), 67-48, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Gryphons confront the Northern Nash Knights (Rocky Mount, NC) in a 2A/3A Big East contest, on Friday, February 14. Rocky Mount will attempt to better on its 13-6 season record. The Knights go into the contest with a 17-5 record after their 67-48 league win over Southern Nash (Bailey, NC).
