The Southland Rebels basketball team scored 78 points and limited the host Gideon Bulldogs to 75 in the Rebels league triumph on Tuesday.

The Rebels now possess a 9-7 record. They play next when they host Portageville for a non-league game on Tuesday, February 18.

With the loss, Gideon falls to 11-11 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Zalma (Zalma, MO) to confront the Bulldogs in a non-league game on Monday, February 17. The Bulldogs go into the game with a record of 0-5.
