The Pineville Mountain Lions basketball team scored 79 points and limited the host Harlan Green Dragons to 70 in the Mountain Lions non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Mountain Lions now possess a 18-7 record. They play next when they travel to Johnson Central for a non-league game on Saturday, February 15. Pineville will confront a Golden Eagles team coming off a 68-31 league win over Magoffin County (Salyersville, KY). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 15-7.

With the loss, Harlan falls to 4-18 on the campaign. The Green dragons travel to Somerset Christian (Somerset, KY) to confront the Cougars in a non-league game on Thursday, February 13. The Cougars go into the game with a record of 9-12. Somerset Christian lost 78-62 in their recent non-league game against Rockcastle County (Mt. Vernon, KY)
