Idaho High School Basketball - Minico knocks off Jerome

In Tuesday's league contest, the host Minico Spartans basketball team scored a good 44-32 win over the Jerome Tigers.
The Spartans (11-9) will now prepare for their contest against Twin Falls (Twin Falls, ID). The Bruins come into the 5A Great Basin contest with a 12-8 record. In their last contest, Twin Falls defeated Mountain Home (Mountain Home, ID), 72-40, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Tigers battle the Wood River Wolverines (Hailey, ID) in a 5A Great Basin battle, on Friday, February 14. Jerome will attempt to advance on its 7-12 season record. The Wolverines enter the battle with a 1-19 record after their 74-38 league loss to Burley (Burley, ID).
