California High School Basketball - Lincoln holds off Patrick Henry

In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Lincoln Hornets basketball team scored a close 49-46 triumph over the Patrick Henry Patriots.

The Hornets (7-17) will now prepare for their contest against Hoover (San Diego, CA). The Cardinals go into the City - Eastern contest with a 7-20 record. In their last contest, Hoover was tipped by Christian (El Cajon, CA), 64-53, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Patriots confront the San Diego Cavers (San Diego, CA) in a City - Eastern contest, on Thursday, February 13. Patrick Henry will attempt to better on its 9-18 season record. The Cavers go into the contest with a 22-5 record after their 64-36 non-league win over St. Joseph Academy (San Marcos, CA).
