The Payne Tech Lions basketball team scored 65 points and limited the visiting St. Benedict's Prep Gray Bees to 57 in the Lions non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Lions now have a 16-5 record. They play next when they travel to Arts for a non-league game on Saturday, February 15.

With the loss, St. Benedict's Prep falls to 8-11 on the campaign. The Gray bees travel to East Orange Campus (East Orange, NJ) to confront the Jaguars in a Super Essex - American game on Thursday, February 13. The Jaguars go into the game with a record of 9-10.
