In Tuesday's league test, the Western Christian Pioneers (Salem, OR) basketball squad trounced the host Salem Academy Crusaders (Salem, OR), by a score of 72-37.
Next, the Pioneers encounter the Delphian Dragons (Sheridan, OR) in a 2A Tri-River test, on Wednesday, February 12. Western Christian will attempt to improve on its 21-3 season record. The Dragons come into the test with a 5-13 record after their 66-51 league win over Gervais (Gervais, OR).
The Crusaders (17-7) will now prepare for their test against Kennedy (Mt. Angel, OR). The Trojans come into the 2A Tri-River test with a 11-13 record. In their last test, Kennedy bounced Colton (Colton, OR), 49-44, in a league test.
