Texas High School Basketball - Silsbee knocks off Vidor

In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Silsbee Tigers basketball team scored a good 55-44 win over the Vidor Pirates.

The Tigers (20-13) will now prepare for their contest against Center (Center, TX). The Roughriders come into the non-league contest with a 17-9 record. In their last contest, Center was topped by Madisonville (Madisonville, TX), 45-36, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Pirates battle the Hudson Hornets (Lufkin, TX) in a non-league contest, on Monday, February 17. Vidor will attempt to better on its 23-10 season record. The Hornets come into the contest with a 16-17 record after their 66-61 league win over Bullard (Bullard, TX).
