The Westlake Thunder basketball team scored 40 points and limited the host American Fork Cavemen to 30 in the Thunder league triumph on Tuesday.

The Thunder now possess a 16-6 record. They play next when they host Lone Peak for a 6A Region 3 game on Friday, February 14. Westlake will face a Knights squad coming off a 55-42 league win over Lehi (Lehi, UT). The Knights record now stands at 16-6.

The Cavemen now sport a 4-17 record. They put it on the line next when they host Skyridge for a 6A Region 3 match on Friday, February 14. American Fork will face a Falcons squad coming off a 73-69 league win over Pleasant Grove (Pleasant Grove, UT). The Falcons record now stands at 12-10.
