Georgia High School Basketball - Turner County thwarts Atkinson County

The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Turner County Titans (Ashburn, GA) and the host Atkinson County Rebels (Pearson, GA), observed Turner County's basketball team knock off Atkinson County by a score of 48-35.

The Titans (18-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Brooks County (Quitman, GA). The Trojans come into the non-league challenge with a 19-5 record. In their last challenge, Brooks County dropped by Charlton County (Folkston, GA), 70-66, in a league challenge.
