The Catholic Central Cougars basketball team scored 54 points and limited the visiting Forest Hills Central Rangers to 39 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Cougars now have a 13-3 record. They play next when they travel to East Grand Rapids for a non-league game on Friday, February 14. Catholic Central will confront a Pioneers team coming off a 57-49 non-league win over Christian (Grand Rapids, MI). The Pioneers record now stands at 9-9.

With the loss, Forest Hills Central falls to 4-12 on the campaign. The Rangers travel to South Christian (Grand Rapids, MI) to confront the Sailors in a non-league game on Friday, February 14. The Sailors go into the game with a record of 17-2. South Christian won 76-29 in their recent non-league game against Union (Grand Rapids, MI)
