North Carolina High School Basketball - Cox Mill succumbs to Hickory Ridge

February 11, 2025: Concord, NC 28027

In Tuesday's league test, the Hickory Ridge Ragin' Bulls (Harrisburg, NC) basketball squad defeated the host Cox Mill Chargers (Concord, NC), by a final score of 65-48.

Next, the Ragin' Bulls clash with the West Cabarrus Wolverines (Concord, NC) in a 4A Greater Metro test, on Friday, February 14. Hickory Ridge will attempt to upgrade on its 16-7 season record. The Wolverines come into the test with a 11-11 record after their 72-54 league loss to Mooresville (Mooresville, NC).

The Chargers (9-14) will now prepare for their test against South Iredell (Statesville, NC). The Vikings come into the 4A Greater Metro test with a 7-16 record. In their last test, South Iredell went down by Lake Norman (Mooresville, NC), 85-25, in a league test.
