In Tuesday's non-league test, the Vidalia Vikings (Vidalia, LA) basketball squad defeated the visiting Ferriday Trojans (Ferriday, LA), by a score of 61-52.
Next, the Vikings clash with the Bunkie Panthers (Bunkie, LA) in a 3A District 2 test, on Friday, February 14. Vidalia will attempt to improve on its 11-12 season record. The Panthers come into the test with a 10-14 record after their 59-54 non-league win over Lake Charles College Prep (Lake Charles, LA).
The Trojans (9-11) will now prepare for their test against Mangham (Mangham, LA). The Dragons come into the 2A District 2 test with a 19-6 record. In their last test, Mangham overcame Caldwell Parish (Columbia, LA), 54-24, in a non-league test.
