With the victory, Knoxville Central advances its record to 8-14 on the year.
The Eagles now own a 5-20 record. They put it on the line next when they host Union County for a 3A District 4 battle on Thursday, February 13. Gibbs will play a Patriots team coming off a 64-57 non-league win over Claiborne (New Tazewell, TN). The Patriots record now stands at 10-8.
