Spectators at Tuesday's league bout between the Lutheran Northwest Crusaders (Rochester Hills, MI) and the visiting Roeper Roughriders (Birmingham, MI), saw Lutheran Northwest's basketball team crush Roeper by a tally of 54-30.

The Crusaders now possess a 12-5 record. They play next when they travel to Plymouth Christian Academy for a Michigan Independent - Blue bout on Friday, February 14. Lutheran Northwest will play a Eagles team coming off a 64-31 league win over Clarenceville (Livonia, MI). The Eagles record now stands at 10-8.

With the loss, Roeper falls to 4-12 on the campaign. The Roughriders travel to Oakland Christian (Auburn Hills, MI) to play the Lancers in a Michigan Independent - Blue bout on Friday, February 14. The Lancers go into the bout with a record of 11-7. Oakland Christian lost 33-25 in their recent league bout against Inter-City Baptist (Allen Park, MI)
