The Martha's Vineyard Regional Vineyarders defeated the visiting Monomoy Sharks basketball squad by a final score of 50-38 in Tuesday's league outing.

Next, the Vineyarders clash with the Nantucket Whalers (Nantucket, MA) in a Cape & Islands outing, on Sunday, February 16. Martha's Vineyard Regional will attempt to upgrade on its 7-9 season record.

The Sharks (4-5) will now prepare for their outing against St. John Paul II (Hyannis, MA). The Lions come into the Cape & Islands outing with a 4-2 record.
