In Tuesday's non-league contest, the visiting Waconia Wildcats basketball team scored a big 75-48 win over the St. Louis Park Orioles.
The Wildcats (6-15) will now prepare for their contest against Shakopee (Shakopee, MN). The Sabers come into the AAAA Section 2 contest with a 3-17 record. In their last contest, Shakopee was trounced by Eastview (Apple Valley, MN), 71-24, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Orioles battle the New Prague Trojans (New Prague, MN) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, February 13. St. Louis Park will attempt to better on its 4-18 season record. The Trojans come into the contest with a 15-7 record after their 74-69 league loss to Orono (Long Lake, MN).
