St. Pius X Sartans (Albuquerque, NM) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Grants Pirates (Grants, NM), 47-39 in a non-league match.
With the victory, St. Pius X upgrades its record to 11-3 on the year. The Sartans travel to Valencia (Los Lunas, NM) to face the Jaguars in a non-league match on Friday, February 14. The Jaguars enter the match with a record of 4-3.
The Pirates now sport a 9-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Highland for a non-league match on Friday, February 14.
