In Tuesday's league outing, the host West Laurens Raiders soccer squad scored a nice 11-2 win over the Westside Patriots.

The Raiders (1-0) will now prepare for their outing against Howard (Macon, GA). The Huskies enter the 3A Region 4 outing with a 0-2 record. In their last outing, Howard was overwhelmed by Academy of Richmond County (Augusta, GA), 8-0, in a league outing.

Next up, the Patriots confront the Aquinas Fightin' Irish (Augusta, GA) in a 3A Region 4 outing, on Tuesday, February 18. Westside will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Fightin' Irish enter the outing with a 1-0 record after their 10-0 league win over Hephzibah (Hephzibah, GA).
