The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Glenwood Springs Demons (Glenwood Springs, CO) and the visiting Aspen Skiers (Aspen, CO), witnessed Glenwood Springs's ice hockey team defeat Aspen by a final score of 9-2.

The Demons (16-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Air Academy (US Air Force Academy, CO). The Kadets come into the non-league challenge with a 2-14 record. In their last challenge, Air Academy was routed by Colorado Springs District 11 (Colorado Springs, CO), 10-1, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Skiers battle the Steamboat Springs Sailors (Steamboat Springs, CO) in a 4A Mountain challenge, on Friday, February 14. Aspen will attempt to upgrade on its 2-14 season record. The Sailors come into the challenge with a 14-4 record after their 3-0 league loss to Glenwood Springs (Glenwood Springs, CO).
