North Carolina High School Basketball - Apex nips Green Hope

In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Apex Cougars basketball team scored a close 56-51 triumph over the Green Hope Falcons.
The Cougars (10-13) will now prepare for their contest against Holly Springs (Holly Springs, NC). The Golden Hawks go into the contest with a 13-5 record. In their last contest, Holly Springs was tipped by Panther Creek (Cary, NC), 43-41, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Falcons battle the Cary Imps (Cary, NC) in a non-league contest, on Friday, February 14. Green Hope will attempt to better on its 11-11 season record. The Imps go into the contest with a 2-20 record after their 56-30 league loss to Apex Friendship (Apex, NC).
