The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Bandys Trojans (Catawba, NC) and the host West Caldwell Warriors (Lenoir, NC), observed Bandys's basketball team overwhelm West Caldwell by a score of 51-30.

The Trojans (9-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Bunker Hill (Claremont, NC). The Bears come into the non-league challenge with a 6-14 record. In their last challenge, Bunker Hill was routed by Newton-Conover (Newton, NC), 42-36, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Warriors battle the East Burke Cavaliers (Connelly Springs, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 14. West Caldwell will attempt to improve on its 2-16 season record. The Cavaliers come into the challenge with a 9-12 record after their 48-36 non-league loss to West Lincoln (Lincolnton, NC).
