The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Coronado Islanders (Coronado, CA) and the host Canyon Hills Rattlers (San Diego, CA), observed Coronado's basketball team overwhelm Canyon Hills by a score of 64-35.

The Islanders (11-13) will now prepare for their challenge against La Jolla (La Jolla, CA). The Vikings come into the challenge with a 15-4 record. In their last challenge, La Jolla was routed by Madison (San Diego, CA), 70-39, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Rattlers encounter the Mira Mesa Marauders (San Diego, CA) in a challenge, on Thursday, February 13. Canyon Hills will attempt to improve on its 7-12 season record. The Marauders come into the challenge with a 10-13 record after their 71-52 league loss to Point Loma (San Diego, CA).
