North Carolina High School Basketball - Cardinal Gibbons overwhelms Sanderson

The Cardinal Gibbons Crusaders basketball team scored 61 points and limited the visiting Sanderson Spartans to 37 in the Crusaders non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Crusaders now have a 8-11 record. They play next when they travel to Athens Drive for a non-league game on Friday, February 14. Cardinal Gibbons will confront a Jaguars team coming off a 58-28 non-league win over Leesville Road (Raleigh, NC). The Jaguars record now stands at 1-17.
With the loss, Sanderson falls to 6-11 on the campaign. The Spartans host Enloe (Raleigh, NC) to confront the Eagles in a game on Wednesday, February 12. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 13-6. Enloe won 53-52 in their recent league game against Leesville Road (Raleigh, NC)
