The Corvian Community Cardinals (Charlotte, NC) basketball toppled the visiting Pine Lake Prep Pride (Mooresville, NC), 63-52 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Cardinals now possess a 8-9 record. They play next when they travel to Bradford Prep for a non-league bout on Thursday, February 13. Corvian Community will play a Bears team coming off a 64-27 non-league win over Mountain Island Charter (Mt. Holly, NC). The Bears record now stands at 13-4.
With the loss, Pine Lake Prep falls to 3-11 on the campaign. The Pride host Community School of Davidson (Davidson, NC) to face the Spartans in a non-league match on Friday, February 14. The Spartans enter the match with a record of 5-7.
