Texas High School Soccer - Calhoun knocks off Hallettsville

In Tuesday's league outing, the host Calhoun Sandcrabs soccer squad scored a nice 9-1 win over the Hallettsville Brahmas.

The Sandcrabs (8-4) will now prepare for their outing against Rice Consolidated (Altair, TX). The Raiders enter the 4A Region 3 District 22 outing with a 9-5 record. In their last outing, Rice Consolidated was overwhelmed by El Campo (El Campo, TX), 7-2, in a league outing.

Next up, the Brahmas confront the Columbus Cardinals (Columbus, TX) in a 4A Region 3 District 22 outing, on Friday, February 14. Hallettsville will attempt to improve on its 0-7 season record. The Cardinals enter the outing with a 4-5 record after their 14-0 league win over Wharton (Wharton, TX).
