Texas High School Soccer - Marlin knocks off Connally

In Tuesday's league outing, the visiting Marlin Bulldogs soccer squad scored a tight 4-1 win over the Connally Cadets.
The Bulldogs (2-7) will now prepare for their outing against Hearne (Hearne, TX). The Eagles enter the 4A Region 3 District 23 outing with a 2-8 record. In their last outing, Hearne by Lorena (Lorena, TX), 2-1, in a league outing.
Next up, the Cadets confront the Meyer Ravens (Waco, TX) in a 4A Region 3 District 23 outing, on Friday, February 14. Connally will attempt to improve on its 2-9 season record. The Ravens enter the outing with a 3-9 record after their 4-1 league loss to Robinson (Robinson, TX).
