In Tuesday's league outing, the visiting Socorro Bulldogs soccer squad scored a tight 1-0 victory over the Coronado Thunderbirds.

The Bulldogs (10-1) will now prepare for their outing against Montwood (El Paso, TX). The Rams go into the 6A Region 1 District 1 outing with a 10-3 record. In their last outing, Montwood got by Eastwood (El Paso, TX), 1-0, in a league outing.

Next up, the Thunderbirds play the Eastlake Falcons (El Paso, TX) in a 6A Region 1 District 1 outing, on Friday, February 14. Coronado will attempt to improve on its 7-8 season record. The Falcons go into the outing with a 7-3 record after their 3-0 league loss to Pebble Hills (El Paso, TX).
