The Service Cougars tipped the host Dimond Lynx basketball team by a final score of 59-54 in Monday's league game.

In their next game, the Cougars face the South Anchorage Wolverines (Anchorage, AK) in a 4A Cook Inlet game, on Tuesday, February 13. Service will attempt to move on its 14-6 season record. The Wolverines enter the game with a 8-10 record after their 60-35 league win over Chugiak (Chugiak, AK).

The Lynx (10-7) will now prepare for their battle against Bartlett (Anchorage, AK). The Golden Bears come into the 4A Cook Inlet battle with a 8-9 record. In their last battle, Bartlett edged Eagle River (Eagle River, AK), 80-40, in a league battle.
