The West Side Roughriders basketball team (Newark, NJ), was overwhelmed 72-22 in Monday's league battle with the visiting East Orange Campus Jaguars (East Orange, NJ)
The Jaguars now possess a 18-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Science Park for a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 13. East Orange Campus will confront a Chargers team coming off a 52-47 non-league win over Belleville (Belleville, NJ). The Chargers record now stands at 17-7.
The Roughriders (6-14) will now prepare for their battle against Immaculate Conception (Montclair, NJ). The Lions come into the Super Essex - American battle with a 17-6 record. In their last battle, Immaculate Conception trounced Arts (Newark, NJ), 49-47, in a league battle.
