The Frederick Christian Academy Defenders basketball team scored 62 points and held the host Varsity Opponent to 57 in the Defenders non-league triumph on Monday.

The Defenders now sport a 13-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rosedale Christian Academy for a Metro Private contest on Friday, February 16. Frederick Christian Academy will battle a Rosedale Panthers team coming off a 82-62 non-league loss to Evergreen Christian (Leesburg, VA). The Rosedale Panthers record now stands at 8-16.

The (412-1493) will now prepare for their contest against Columbus Christian (Columbus, IN). The Crusaders enter the non-league contest with a 13-14 record. In their last contest, Columbus Christian nudged Crothersville (Crothersville, IN), 59-52, in a non-league contest.
