Connecticut High School Basketball - Valley Regional knocked off by Morgan

The Morgan Huskies basketball team scored 61 points and held the visiting Valley Regional Warriors to 41 in the Huskies league triumph on Monday.

The Huskies now sport a 16-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Lyme for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 15. Morgan will meet a Vikings team coming off a 53-33 non-league win over Amistad (New Haven, CT). The Vikings record now stands at 12-7.

The Warriors (4-14) will now prepare for their contest against Fitch (Groton, CT). The Falcons enter the non-league contest with a 12-5 record. In their last contest, Fitch ran past East Lyme (East Lyme, CT), 73-43, in a league contest.
