The Southwest Minnesota Christian Eagles (Edgerton, MN) basketball crushed the visiting Murray County Central Rebels (Slayton, MN), 91-61 in Monday's league test.
The Eagles (13-8) will now prepare for their test against Adrian/Ellsworth (Adrian, MN). The Dragons go into the A Section 3 test with a 3-18 record. In their last test, Adrian/Ellsworth was trounced by Luverne (Luverne, MN), 92-53, in a non-league test.
The Rebels now own a 12-11 record. They play next when they host Heron Lake-Okabena/Fulda for a A Section 3 test on Tuesday, February 13. Murray County Central will encounter a Coyotes squad coming off a 77-74 league win over Adrian/Ellsworth (Adrian, MN). The Coyotes record now stands at 4-17.
