Oregon High School Basketball - Warrenton can't hold off Riverdale

The Riverdale Mavericks basketball team scored 48 points and restricted the visiting Warrenton Warriors to 46 in the Mavericks league victory on Monday.
The Mavericks now sport a 9-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host Yamhill-Carlton for a 3A Coastal Range contest on Wednesday, February 14. Riverdale will battle a Tigers team coming off a 51-48 league loss to Riverdale (Portland, OR). The Tigers record now stands at 12-12.
The Warriors (14-9) will now prepare for their contest against Corbett (Corbett, OR). The Cardinals come into the 3A Coastal Range contest with a 4-17 record. In their last contest, Corbett edged Riverdale (Portland, OR), 69-51, in a league contest.
