In Monday's league outing, the Allentown Redbirds (Allentown, NJ) basketball squad edged the visiting West Windsor-Plainsboro North Knights (Plainsboro, NJ), by a count of 40-35.
The Redbirds (5-15) will now prepare for their outing against Trenton Central (Trenton, NJ). The Tornadoes go into the Colonial Valley - Colonial outing with a 7-14 record.
The Knights now hold a 12-9 record. They play next when they travel to Point Pleasant Beach for a non-league outing on Monday, February 12. West Windsor-Plainsboro North will clash with a Garnet Gulls squad coming off a 38-9 non-league win over Matawan Regional (Aberdeen, NJ). The Garnet Gulls record now stands at 12-11.
