Heritage Christian Patriots (New Berlin, WI) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Brookfield Academy Blue Knights (Brookfield, WI), 52-44 in a league bout.

With the win, Heritage Christian upgrades its record to 11-11 on the season. The Patriots host Living Word Lutheran (Jackson, WI) to clash with the Timberwolves in a Midwest Classic bout on Thursday, February 15. The Timberwolves go into the bout with a record of 22-1. Living Word Lutheran won 44-39 in their recent league bout against Lake Country Lutheran (Hartland, WI)

Next up, the Blue Knights clash with the University School of Milwaukee Wildcats (Milwaukee, WI) in a Midwest Classic bout, on Tuesday, February 13. Brookfield Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 10-10 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 0-16 record after their 56-28 league loss to Heritage Christian (New Berlin, WI).
