The Kennedy Eagles basketball team scored 66 points and restricted the visiting Crosby Bulldogs to 24 in the Eagles league victory on Monday.
The Eagles now sport a 10-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Waterbury Career Academy for a Naugatuck Valley - 3 contest on Wednesday, February 14. Kennedy will battle a Spartans team coming off a 74-9 league win over Crosby (Waterbury, CT). The Spartans record now stands at 11-7.
The Bulldogs (4-12) will now prepare for their contest against Wilby (Waterbury, CT). The Wildcats come into the Naugatuck Valley - 3 contest with a 3-14 record. In their last contest, Wilby triumphed over Derby (Derby, CT), 67-42, in a league contest.
