Dimond Lynx (Anchorage, AK) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Service Cougars (Anchorage, AK), 61-56 in a league bout.

With the win, Dimond upgrades its record to 15-5 on the season. The Lynx travel to Bartlett (Anchorage, AK) to play the Golden Bears in a 4A Cook Inlet bout on Tuesday, February 13. The Golden Bears go into the bout with a record of 11-6. Bartlett won 56-22 in their recent non-league bout against Bettye Davis East Anchorage (Anchorage, AK)

Next up, the Cougars play the South Anchorage Wolverines (Anchorage, AK) in a 4A Cook Inlet bout, on Tuesday, February 13. Service will attempt to upgrade on its 8-9 season record.
