New York High School Basketball - Spackenkill ripped by Highland

February 12, 2024: Highland, NY 12528

The Highland Huskies basketball team scored 68 points and held the visiting Spackenkill Spartans to 29 in the Huskies league triumph on Monday.

The Huskies now sport a 11-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Millbrook for a Section 9 MHAL I contest on Wednesday, February 14. Highland will battle a Blazers team coming off a 42-28 non-league win over Chester (Chester, NY). The Blazers record now stands at 10-5.

The Spartans (6-10) will now prepare for their contest against Pine Plains (Pine Plains, NY). The Bombers enter the Section 9 MHAL I contest with a 10-6 record. In their last contest, Pine Plains was routed by Onteora (Boiceville, NY), 52-37, in a league contest.
