In Monday's league outing, the Long Trail (Dorset, VT) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Twin Valley Wildcats (Wilmington, VT), by a count of 61-17.
The (16-1) will now prepare for their outing against Proctor (Proctor, VT). The Phantoms go into the non-league outing with a 8-8 record. In their last outing, Proctor smashed Mt. St. Joseph Academy (Rutland, VT), 62-36, in a league outing.
The Wildcats now hold a 0-16 record. They play next when they host Sharon Academy for a Freelance outing on Thursday, February 15. Twin Valley will clash with a Phoenix squad coming off a 35-28 league loss to Mill River (North Clarendon, VT). The Phoenix record now stands at 1-16.
