The Marshall Bears (Oklahoma City, OK) basketball knocked off the host Southeast Spartans (Oklahoma City, OK), 58-48 in Monday's league test.
The Bears (4-18) will now prepare for their test against Santa Fe South (Oklahoma City, OK). The Saints go into the 5A District 2 test with a 5-14 record. In their last test, Santa Fe South went down by Guymon (Guymon, OK), 66-36, in a league test.
The Spartans now own a 2-20 record. They play next when they host Midwest City for a 5A District 2 test on Tuesday, February 13. Southeast will encounter a Bombers squad coming off a 54-30 league win over MacArthur (Lawton, OK). The Bombers record now stands at 20-3.
