The Union Grove Lions topped the host Overton Mustangs basketball team by a score of 50-36 in Monday's non-league battle.

The Lions now sport a 25-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Broaddus for a non-league battle on Thursday, February 15. Union Grove will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 62-35 non-league win over Garrison (Garrison, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 24-7.
