In Monday's league challenge, the Holderness Bulls (Plymouth, NH) ice hockey team nudged the visiting Vermont Academy Wildcats (Saxtons River, VT), by a margin of 4-3.

The Bulls now possess a 6-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Proctor Academy for a challenge on Wednesday, February 14. Holderness will clash with a Hornets team coming off a 4-2 league win over Brewster Academy National (Wolfeboro, NH). The Hornets record now stands at 7-13.

The Wildcats (3-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Frederick Gunn (Washington, CT). The Highlanders enter the challenge with a 13-8 record. In their last challenge, Frederick Gunn was edged by Westminster School (Simsbury, CT), 4-2, in a league challenge.
