North Carolina High School Basketball - Roxboro Community bests Excelsior Classical Academy

The Roxboro Community Bulldogs basketball team scored 72 points and limited the host Excelsior Classical Academy Flying Lions to 56 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Wednesday.
The Bulldogs now possess a 11-9 record. They play next when they host Henderson Collegiate for a 1A Triangle North game on Friday, February 14. Roxboro Community will play a Pride team coming off a 50-42 league loss to Oxford Prep (Oxford, NC). The Pride record now stands at 7-18.
With the loss, Excelsior Classical Academy falls to 11-11 on the campaign. The Flying lions travel to Oxford Prep (Oxford, NC) to play the Griffins in a 1A Triangle North game on Thursday, February 13. The Griffins go into the game with a record of 6-15. Oxford Prep lost 60-51 in their recent league game against Eno River Academy (Hillsborough, NC)
